But it can be frustrating! I have been working out twice a week all year and my weight has not changed a bit. But I keep telling myself to just continue with the two days, and I will add in another day or two when I am done with my programming class. DH tells me to give it time, it's only the first week, but I don't know. I feel like I've had more success previously. Especially with working out 3x this week and MUCH healthier breakfasts. I think the difference is that this time, the changes are more gradual, which logically means that the results will be as well. At least I hope so! Gradual changes might mean that I can stick with this, unlike previous, more drastic attempts. While they showed more progress sooner, I also<br /> gave up on them faster.
